During the UEFA Congress held in Serbia on 3 April 2025, the bidding process for the FIFA Women’s World Cup finalised the host country. FIFA World Cup is one of the biggest football fiesta celebrated by the fans who are from every nook and corner across the world. As this event receives a wider attention, the country that hosts this event also falls under the spotlight globally. Further, it enhances a country’s sectors like sports, economy, and tourism by creating new set of job availability, local and international revenue generations. 

The Prsident of FIFA, Gianni Infantino confirmed UK (United Kingdom) who won the bid to host FIFA Women’s World Cup 2035. It is a joint bid that comprises the nations such as England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and the given informations states that they were the only valid bidder for the tournament. The other nations Spain, Portugal, and Morocco submitted their joint bid but it was withdrawn due to feasibility concerns. 

With this major win on the bid, UK is all set to host such a trailblazing event and they expressed delight of bringing the electrifying FIFA Women’s World Cup to their soil for the first time.
