Abdul Jabbar, Director of NCRPD files GD for Creating Fake ID on Facebook

The internet is buzzing with this legal action taken forward by the Director of NCPD (National Consumer Rights Protection Department) Mr.Abdul Jabbar Mondal. He filed a General Diary (GD) in Tejgaon Police Station on 1 April 2025. According to the given information revealed by himself, the reason behind this move. He has been worried about the number of fake IDs that are created on Facebook with his image. This could lead to misuse of his name for any illegitimate activities and confusions among the people. 

He further took actions by himself by posting the screenshots of those fake accounts and mentioned them & requested his people to be more cautious from those online scams that can be levied on the people on his name. 

“Some fake Facebook accounts and Facebook pages have been opened in my name and using my picture. A GD has been filed in this regard. Everyone is requested to be careful” – Abdul Jabbar, Director of NCRPD
