অভিনেত্রী কাজী নওশাবা আহমেদ বন্যপ্রাণী সংরক্ষণের দূত নিযুক্ত হলেন

Quazi Nawshaba Ahmed, a well known personality in Bangladesh’s entertainment landscape has taken on a new mission as a wildlife conservation advocate. The Deep Ecology and Snake Conservation Foundation (DESCF), an organization dedicated to the welfare of animals, the protection of wildlife and the enhancement of environmental awareness selected Ahmed as the “Ambassador for Wildlife.”

On March 17th, the DESCF made her appointment public via their official Facebook page and emphasized her passion for nature and wildlife welfare. They were confident that she would represent the organization well by fostering harmony between humanity and nature in a manner that would further elevate awareness and action about conservation.

Nawshaba has spoken about animal rights for some time and declared her loyalty to their cause expressing her feelings about how wild animals are not always treated appropriately especially elephants and snakes. 

She is an animal rights activist and she is an advocate for animal well-being in broader terms having also spoken out previously against issues like the intentional poisoning of stray dogs in Dhaka.

In addition to her work in activism, Nawshaba is also involved in the entertainment industry. She serves on the boards of both the Bangladesh Shilpi Kollan Trust and the Film Certification Board. Her most recent acting role was in a web series called Dui Shaw by Nuhash Humayun.
