Bangladesh Metro Rail Timetable : Friday Schedule pushed forward 30 minutes to 3.00 PM

Bangladesh’s Dhaka Metro Railway Authorities revealed that the schedule from Uttara North to Motijheel and vice versa on Fridays will commence half an hour earlier from 3.00 PM. The timings from Uttara North to Motijheel will open from 3 PM and close at 9 PM while the line from Motijheel to Uttara North will start at 3.20 PM and end at 9.40 PM.

Passengers can avail their single journey tickets from Uttara North Metro Station from 2.45 PM on Friday and at the Motijheel Metro Station from 3.05 PM. The trains will frequent the stations every 10 minutes on peak hours while slowing down every 15 minutes in the Off- peak hours and on Public holidays. The same applies to Rapid Pass and MRT Pass users too.

The news was issued officially by the Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL).

The regular Metro Rail Timetable is as follows

Sunday to Thursday : The service starts from 7:10 AM to 9:40PM

Friday : Uttara North to Motijheel – 3 PM to 9 PM & Motijheel to Uttara North – 3.20 PM to 9.40 PM

Saturday : The Service starts from 7:10 AM to 9:40 PM
